Meet our new Ethiopia! Grown at elevations of 1,950–2,200 meters and processed naturally, this coffee is tropical fruit forward with floral accents.

The ripe, coffee cherries are hand picked and dried for weeks on raised beds before having the seeds removed and prepped for shipping. Fermentation happens during the drying phase and produces loads of sweetness and acidity.

If you are looking for something that will ring in the Spring season, this coffee will undougtatably be a highlight! It brews beautifully as a pour over or drip, but also makes for a stunning, nuanced espresso.
